In this laboratory, we are working on:
- Whole slide Imaging: Develop image stitching and image registration algorithms for 2D and 3D reconstruction of the histological images.
- Detect, diagnose, and predict path¬o¬gen¬esis: Develop image ana¬ly¬tics using deep learning methods for cancer diagnosis and grading, quantification for biological samples, and other medical image analysis.
